Insurance & Billing Information

From insurance to financing, we help you navigate every step. Most major insurance plans are accepted. If you have questions about your coverage, give us a call or check with your provider directly. Co-pays are due at time of service.

Please remember:

Cosmetic treatments are not covered by insurance and must be paid at the time of your visit.

New patients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork.
Please notify our office of any changes to your contact or insurance information.
Missed appointments or late cancellations (under 48 hours) may result in a cancellation fee.
You’ll receive an automated appointment reminder call 48 hours in advance.
